What is the best mini laptop or netbook?

I want to get a mini laptop or netbook (which i guess are the same). I want one that has a long battery life and portable, and also one that is fast. I heard good reviews about the asus eee pc, but I don’t know because I heard about the HP and Samsung etc. PLEASE HELP!!!
I WANT ONE THAT IS ALSO UNDER 0!

Screaming fast dual core processors, Rotating touchscreen…. and Fujitsu has been making the mini Lifebook series since 2002… long before anyone else thought of making mobile devices this small.
The T5010 starts at about $1800… and there are less expensive Lifebooks with touchscreens…

If you are looking for long battery life and a stylish laptop, then buy Dell notebook or Sony VAIO. Both are perfect match for your choice.
Asus
I’ve heard really positive things about the Acer netbook. Acer is just about the cheapest brand you can buy, so I would try there first.
