I like the Samsung NC-10.
well the dell mini is junk they will fall apart like every dell computer…The acer aspire one is really nice but I recommend the lenovo S10 its a really nice netbook looks nice great quality and its seems to be in your price range judging on the netbooks you listed I left a link below to the the lenovo s10 site
