I am buying a laptop for my birthday and I am still deciding which one to get. But every where I look I see netbook when I actually do not know what a netbook is??
Please can somebody tell me???
I turn it on it boots, and then it gets stuck on the blue screen that says aspire one in the bottom right hand corner, also the caps lock light blinks (no idea why) does any body have any ideas, iv looked around but nobody seams to have the same problem thx for any help.
I have small acer laptop wjth a 10" screen. Would it be possible to purchase a small printer that would be ok to use with this laptop?
(also it has a dongle for connection.)

I will be doing a BA in architecture starting September 2011 and want to know what the best laptop would be for this.
I’ve asked around and been told that the macbook pro is my best option because of software and speed etc.
Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of this and which laptop would be the better one.

I just bought a netbook and it has no cd drive for my printers installation cd. I have an Epson Stylus NX515 and am wondering how to connect my netbook and wireless printer. If it helps my printer is already connected to my wireless network.
We need to be able to boot the machine up so the correction can be made to the registry and whatever else is causing the problem.
Please explain the line that reads, "Boot from the Recovery Program in the hidden partition in your hard drive".
A visit to a Computer shop and fifty dollars later and the problem has been solved. So thanks anyway to the one person who answered.
I am thinking of getting a ASUS 8.9" Eee 4GB PC Netbook Computer with Linux from Target. Do you have one of these? What do you think of it? Do you like it?
Could I like write papers on it and like do homework and stuff on it? Also what colors does it come in?
I am debating if a new HP mini laptop with a 10.1" screen would be too small for everyday laptop use for a student. What do you think?

I will be using it for school, internet and watching movies, maybe a few games. 13 inch screen, windows operating system. And able to get wirerless internet without an attachment. Easy to use and light!
